Manager of Nutrition Services
As Coordinator of Nutrition Services, I’m responsible for creating and Implementing the menus for all areas of Marianhill. On a regular basis I meet with the Residents’ Food Committee to address any concerns related to food and dining.
I purchase and manage Inventory of all our food items, and kitchen and dining room supplies. I maintain the dining room seating plans, and manage our dietary and kitchen staff.
I take pride in the fact that our residents are served good quality food, and are able to enjoy their meals in a welcoming environment.
